Back in 1982, as a university drop out and aspiring (but unlikely) musician, I started as a despatch boy at George Patts in Sydney. After a couple of years or so I got a gig in their audio studio. It was love at first byte.
Best dramatic in Studio Moment
On line to L.A. recording Charlton Heston. All the sound studio staff in L.A. were spooked at having the legend himself coming in. I said at the start of the session, Would you prefer me to call you Charlton or Mr Heston? He said, Call me Chuck, only my mother and Mr De Mille called me Charlton.
Highest Work Achievement?
Learning to make a water drop sound by flicking my cheek and dove wings out of Kleenex tissues.

My family.

I cant remember, maybe I banged my head?
